Downtown Wilmington Weddings | Brittney + Chris

We love getting to photograph beautiful downtown Wilmington weddings – it’s a chance to work with our friendors (isn’t that a fun word for “vendor friends”?) yet again, as well as discover more hidden gems for great backdrops. Brittney and Chris’ wedding was no different! With a ceremony at The Atrium by Ligon Flynn and reception at 128 South, we got to work with the amazing teams at both venues again, as well as Martha My Dear Rentals and Beautiful Flowers by June. We started out with Brittney and her ladies at the City Club of Wilmington and were able to use their beautiful grounds for the first look before a quick storm rolled in. Everyone had a chance to relax as we watched the rain come down, and we were all thankful for the (slight) temperature drop it brought. The rest of the evening was such a fun celebration of these two, complete with lots of dancing. (Brittney’s dad’s “jam” was Fergalicious – if that tells you anything about the party.)
