My sister Rebekah and I have discussed on numerous occasions the idea of getting together a wedding shoot for her and her husband Greg since they eloped without telling anyone six years ago on May 25th 🙂 We would start planning, picking dates, and then something would come up or life would just happen so it never took place.
I was home photographing a family session and thanks to Nikole, stumbled across a beautiful location that I instantly fell in love with. I knew it would be perfect for what I was envisioning for Rebekah and Greg’s shoot, and everything from there just fell into place. I asked my friend Megan who is also just starting out in photography her thoughts and together we planned and coordinated this session.
The shoot would not have been complete without the absolutely stunning headpieces and bouquet from Rachel who is an up and coming florist in the greater Raleigh area, and the gorgeous hair and makeup from Sarah in Fayetteville. Of course I am completely bias because they are my family, but I think everything turned out beautifully and I couldn’t be any happier with the photos. I hope you will agree and leave some love for the gorgeous family in the comments section below. Enjoy their military style shoot!
Love this shot taken by Megan
