Photographing brides is hands down one of my favorite subjects to photograph. From bridal sessions to brides alone on their wedding day, it’s the time where I feel the most in my element. It’s up to us as photographers to communicate through words, actions and direction the best movements and poses to our brides to make them feel not only comfortable in front of the camera, but beautiful as well.
Are you interested in getting more hands on experience with posing and photographing brides? Come join us for a one day workshop that focuses on posing and photographing brides and working with them in different lighting scenarios, both indoor and outdoor. We will be working with both natural light and artificial light to produce varied looks. You will walk away from this workshop with the confidence to direct and pose your brides in all lighting scenarios.
The day will start out with breakfast (provided) and then move into bridal session tips and tricks, image critique, posing and then into shooting all afternoon. Each attendee will be encouraged and given the time to direct and pose the bride.
